About Infusa Cafe

The vision of infusa grew from working a food truck called UMAMITA. Chef Hsu and Xavier started small working on corners, farmers markets and private events. Eventually its fame grew for being the only organic food truck in San Antonio serving hot delicious meals that also met the City of San Antonio's Por Vida standards. During its year of operation, UMAMITA won acclaim and awards such as winning the Taste Award from the inaugural Food Truck Showdown in 2016. Chef Hsu and Xavier decided to take on the challenge to open two cafes taking much of the menu from UMAMITA and incorporating new ideas.

Our goal is simple - improve the lives of the people that visit infusa by providing healthy & delicious plant based food. The future of infusa cafe lies in its ability to be the best food service provider for office buildings. Infusa offers caterings for tenants and for the public.
